HELP GUIDE
The
main purpose of this page is to provide information and guidance
for the common tasks you are likely to use when setting up your
first album. The easiest way to learn is by example, so below you
will find examples (including screenshots) of some simple steps
to get you up and running.
You
may find it useful to bookmark this page for furture reference,
alternatively print this guide out before proceeding with the instructions
below.
STEP
1 - Log in using the (figure
1) link.
STEP
2 - Enter your username and password (which you set at
registration) in the boxes provided and press the Login button,
see figure 2.

3 - Click the 'Add a photo!' text (hyperlink), see
figure 3.

4 - Adding photos - you have a number
of options here, the quickest is to use the Java based Upload Applet,
see figure 4.
Summary:
A) Click
the Upload Applet tab as indicated
B) Drag
& drop you photo(s) into the white area or click the Add
Pictures... button and select your photo files from the
browse list and click Add
C) Click
the Upload button
D) When
upload is complete, click the Edit Permissions

STEP
5 - Setting permissions - By default the album(s) you create
are only visible by you via your login, to make the album accessible
to anonymous users follow the steps in figure 5.
In addition you can password protect your album(s) to further insure
that only people you have trusted with the password can gain entry
to view your photos.
Summary:
A) Ensure
Edit Permissions is shown in white as highlighted
in figure 5 by clicking the hyperlink as instructed in STEP
4
B) Type
the word guest in the New User Permission
box
C) From
the drop down menu select [core] View all versions
D) Click
the Add Permission button
